YEKE Team Building: Strengthening Connections Beyond the Workplace

At YEKE, we believe a strong team is the foundation of our success. That's why we regularly organize team-building activities—not just as events, but as meaningful opportunities to reconnect, unwind, and strengthen collaboration in a dynamic and supportive environment.

 Warm-ups are essential before diving into challenges. Simple shoulder shrugs help everyone release tension, ease stiff muscles, and transition from work mode to team mode.

 With everyone ready, the first mini-game begins: Unbreakable Forest. Each member holds a one-meter-long pole, spaced one meter apart. When the team leader shouts "Switch!", all members move clockwise one pole forward. This game enhances team cohesion and collaboration while improving individual responsiveness and coordination.

 ame—Collaborative Tower Building—challenges teams to lift and stack wooden blocks into a stable tower using only thin ropes. This exercise cultivates division of labor and complementary skills, hones decision-making abilities and critical thinking under pressure, and fosters balance and a responsible attitude among participants.
